Lequin leadership development

The coach network

Eleven named senior coaches inside a wider network of thirty.

Every senior coach holds a senior leadership credential, a corporate background, and the same operating discipline: the partner who scopes the work runs the work.

How the network works

The people you meet are the people in the room

Lequin runs a network of thirty senior coaches across the UK, Europe, North America and Asia. Eleven are named on this page, the senior coaches you are most likely to meet on a Lequin engagement. The remaining nineteen sit inside a wider associate network, drawn in when the engagement calls for a specific sector context, language or geography Marie and Peter do not carry themselves.

Every coach has a corporate background before moving into coaching: ex-Deloitte, ex-Telegraph, ex-Reuters, ex-BBC, ex-Royal Navy, ex-Reed Elsevier, ex-BT, ex-Serco. Not ex-academic. Not ex-public sector. People who have sat where your senior leaders are sitting now.

Where Lequin deploys an associate coach on a senior engagement, the named coach appears on the contract before the work starts. No bait and switch. No partner-led sell with junior-led delivery.

Nineteen more, introduced at scoping

Beyond the eleven named senior coaches, Lequin draws on an associate network of an additional nineteen coaches across the UK, Europe, North America and Asia. The associate network is the pool we draw from when an engagement calls for a sector context, language or geography that sits outside the eleven.

Every associate has been with Lequin for years. Every associate is professionally accredited and has a corporate background. Where we deploy an associate, the named coach appears on the contract. If an engagement is likely to involve an associate, the named coach is introduced at scoping, not at delivery.

Where to start

Most engagements with Lequin begin one of two ways. Both are free or fixed price. Neither starts with a sales pitch.

Option one

The 30-minute discovery call

A 30-minute call with Peter or Marie, depending on whether you're closer to the training or coaching question. We ask eight questions about your leadership challenge and what's happened so far, then send a written summary within 48 hours, including whether we think we're the right fit.

Option two

The £1,500 pilot workshop

A 90-minute online workshop for up to 12 of your leaders. Choose one topic from our list. We lead the session, your people take part, you watch the work. If we're the wrong fit, we'll tell you and you keep the materials. Most pilots happen within 6 weeks of booking.
