Lequin partnered with George at ASDA during a period of significant organisational change, delivering workshops designed to help leaders and teams navigate uncertainty, pressure and the behavioural impact of change.
The work began with the senior leadership team before cascading through middle management and junior teams to create greater consistency and practical leadership capability across the wider function.
Rather than focusing purely on process, the workshops explored the human reality of change: resistance, morale, communication breakdown and the challenge of rebuilding momentum when teams lose confidence or direction.
The sessions were interactive, practical and grounded in real organisational situations, helping teams reset, reconnect and move forward together with greater clarity and accountability.
