Lequin partnered with SEGRO following the merger of two major property companies, supporting the organisation as it integrated teams and established a shared approach to leadership across the UK business.
Our work focused on executive coaching for the organisation's most senior leaders, including the entire UK Board, helping them navigate increased responsibility, lead organisational change and develop leadership styles that reflected both their individual strengths and SEGRO's values. Given the seniority of the leaders involved, confidentiality and careful coach matching were central to the programme. Working closely with the Managing Director and HR Director, we developed tailored executive coaching objectives for each individual before matching them with one of Lequin's executive coaches through a structured chemistry process.
The executive coaching supported leaders to communicate change with greater confidence, build stronger leadership capability across the newly integrated organisation and create a more aligned and effective senior leadership team during a significant period of organisational transition.
