Becky Binnersley

Becky has served as a UK PLC Board Director and Finance Director at RWE Generation, bringing a wealth of leadership and Board-level experience. As Director of Hydro, she oversaw 100 operational sites across five countries, a role that demanded sharp commercial acumen, sound decision-making, and the ability to cut through complexity to build robust business cases.

She is also an experienced Pension Trustee and currently serves as Non-Executive Chair of EPL Electricity Pensions Ltd. These roles give Becky deep insight into running an international business, leadership, strategic decision-making, and securing funding.

Alongside her executive roles, Becky has spent the past 15 years working as a coach and mentor. Her clients describe her as intuitive, empathetic, challenging and clear-thinking. She was also a trailblazer for diversity as a UK Power Station Manager and later as Divisional Director for RWE's pan-European, multi-billion Euro Hydro-Power and Energy Storage business.
