Lequin partnered with Network N during its transition from an owner-led start-up into a more structured, scalable mid-sized business preparing for sale. As the organisation grew, the leadership team needed to evolve from an entrepreneurial way of operating towards a more aligned and commercially sustainable model. Our work supported the business through restructuring, the introduction of key corporate functions such as HR, and the development of clearer governance and strategic review processes.
The focus throughout was on helping the leadership team step back from reactive day-to-day management and build a stronger culture, clearer accountability and a more cohesive way of leading the organisation through growth and transition. Engagement combined facilitated leadership sessions and team coaching across the senior population.
