Julie Kay is an executive coach and leadership development specialist with more than 35 years' experience spanning military leadership, organisational development and executive coaching. Drawing on 21 years as a Royal Navy Officer and more than 15 years as a coach, she works with senior leaders and teams to strengthen leadership effectiveness, confidence, influence and team performance.
Julie has coached leaders across the energy, manufacturing, FMCG, public sector and professional services sectors. Her clients include organisations such as RWE Generation, BT, Aviva, Tesco, Mars and Newcastle City Council.
She specialises in helping leaders improve executive presence, navigate complex stakeholder relationships and lead with greater confidence and impact, particularly during periods of transition, pressure or organisational change.
