One of the UK's first
Lequin was founded in 2003. In that year there were a handful of coaching companies in the UK. We were one of them. We were also one of the few that stayed in the senior room as the category grew up around us.
Twenty three years on, there are 122,974 ICF coaches globally. As the industry expanded, many boutiques moved towards scale and volume. We chose to stay deliberately senior, specialist and hands-on.
The work hasn't changed much in twenty three years. The pressure on the leaders we coach has. M&A integrations, AI adoption, RTO mandates, the merger after the merger. These are the moments where the formal change plan ends and the actual change starts. We're the people you call when the change isn't on the plan but everyone in the room knows it's coming.

Lequin was founded in 2003 by Marie Willis and Peter Willis. Marie leads on coaching. Peter leads on training. Both have been business partners since the founding and both oversee every senior engagement themselves.

Where to start
Most engagements begin one of two ways. Both are free or fixed price. Neither starts with a sales pitch.
Option one
A 30-minute call with Peter or Marie, depending on whether you're closer to the training or coaching question. We ask eight questions about your leadership challenge and what's happened so far, then send a written summary within 48 hours, including whether we think we're the right fit.

A 90-minute online workshop for up to 12 of your leaders. Choose one topic from our list. We lead the session, your people take part, you watch the work. If we're the wrong fit, we'll tell you and you keep the materials. Most pilots happen within 6 weeks of booking.
