Our work is not about sitting in a room discussing problems. It is about creating meaningful and lasting behavioural change.
Sometimes that requires a more disruptive approach.
One of the ways we do this is through working with horses.
Unlike people, horses are unaffected by hierarchy, status or office politics. They respond only to behaviour. Inauthenticity, over-control, inflated ego and mixed messages are quickly exposed.
Working alongside horses challenges leaders to rely less on authority and more on self-awareness, emotional regulation, clarity and authenticity.
The result is immediate, unfiltered feedback on how they show up and the impact they have on others.
