Lequin deliver coaching masterclass to RWE Generation in Swindon

Lequin Executive Coaching delivered the third Coach Masterclass for RWE Generation's intenral coaches this month. This workshop on 'TA in coaching' looked at how to use life scripts, TA drivers, life positions and the PAC model in coaching sessions (and within supervision). Bath based Lequin Executive Coaching has been working with the RWE Group for over 10 years now.
