Customer Service training launched at French Bank, BNP Paribas

On 25 and 26 Sept Lequin delivered a two-day pilot client service training workshop in Paris for the GECD division of BNP Paribas. The client service training programme will then be rolled out in Paris, London, New York and Asia. Two concurrent workshops will run: one tailored to team managers, one for the team members. The programme will run through to March 2015.
