Lequin’s customer care training programme huge success

Lequin Training have just completed a 6 month customer care programme for BNP Paribas across Europe. Lequin Training ran 19 two-day Customer Care workshops in addition to a kick-off event in Brussels. 249 employees were invited to the workshops, which included role playing with actors to hone their telephone customer care skills. Many of the participants have asked for follow-up workshops and coaching.
