Bath and Bristol based Lequin Executive Coaching and Training have completed a 9 month coaching programme with the leadership team of the IT department at Lloyds of London. The programme involved 360 interviews followed by one-to-one executive coaching. Three of Lequin's executive coaches worked on the programme.

Lequin Executive Coaching have been providing a series of team development facilitated sessions over the past 18 months for RWE npower at their Swindon and Birmingham offices. The sessions have included profiling, visioning and goal setting.
