After a major restructure, AXA’s outplacement programme provided 44 middle to senior managers in Bristol with support finding new roles and careers.

Our career profiling assessed personal strengths, skills, values, and working preferences. This helped people see where they might go next, where they needed to develop a skill – and what they should avoid. We ran eight clinics:
