Our executive coaches and trainers are experts in helping organisations' people and culture embrace coaching as a way of thinking, managing and leading.

Developing a coaching culture at Thames Water A case study

Lequin quickly established effective relationships across the business and worked hard to integrate individual and organisational outcomes required from the coaching. As a result, each team received truly ground-breaking development. Their executive coaches, trainers and consultants delivered excellent results

We shifted the managers’ mindset from a traditional command-and-control approach to a more collaborative coaching-led managerial style, which required skilful and sensitive training and coaching. We used the Coaching Development Framework as a basis for the subsequent coaching skills for managers training and executive and board coaching.  We developed managers with executive coaching skills supported by internal and external executive and board coaching.

Lequin delivered executive and board coaching and executive coach training over an 18-month period, including:

  • Monthly one-to-one board coaching and executive coaching sessions
  • Bi-monthly team coaching meetings
  • Coaching skills for managers training days
  • Internal executive coach training
  • Coaching supervision
  • Team away-days
